FAQ's
 

1. What if I'm overweight or out of shape?

A. Our workout adapts for each person and we want you to
have fun and learn to enjoy your body whatever size you might
be. We only encourage and do not use boot camp tactics to
push beyond your limits. That said, check with your doctor
before starting to help you set guidelines.

2. What if it's raining outside?

A. Unless there is a torrential rainstorm, working out in
the weather is invigorating and will bring us closer to nature
and the rhythm of the seasons.

I do have an indoor facility for horrible storms but if we dress
properly, which I can help with, outside workouts feel great in
any weather.
