Brent Bird, B.A., M. Div., is a long time
athlete in tennis and basketball with twenty years teaching, counseling,
and coaching people to lead more balanced and healthy physical,
spiritual and emotional lives.
Brent has specialized training in outdoor active fitness.
"I love sports but hated working out in sweaty gyms with monotonous
workouts on steppers and lifting static weights.
As I got older I needed to cross train to keep myself strong for
my sports and found the outside workout to be the most efficient
and
the most fun. I now look forward to my workout when it is outside
rather than dreading it a chore.
I know most people just want be healthy and stay in reasonable
shape so they can enjoy life. Outside Workout is fun and even
someone who is not an athlete can join us and not be intimidated."
